-We strongly encourage mattress shoppers to schedule an appointment. This will allow us to sanitize mattresses between shoppers, helping to keep all of us safe.
-Symptomatic persons and those who are on quarantine or who’ve tested positive in the last 20 days are not permitted entry.
-While the mask mandate has expired, we still encourage high risk individuals or those who’ve not been vaccinated to wear face coverings. Some of our staff may still wear masks to protect themselves. Some of our staff may not. HOWEVER, ALL STAFF WILL WEAR MASKS IF YOU PREFER. Please just ask and we will happily comply. We also still have reusable masks available for purchase or disposable ones available at no charge.
-Our hand sanitizing station is located on the glass counter at checkout and is complimentary.
-For the time being, our delivery staff will still wear gloves and masks when inside of your home. We will continue to call deliveries 24 hours in advance to ask basic health questions to ensure your delivery can be made safely.
-Mattress and coordinating accessory purchases may be made over the phone or on our website (www.holdermattress.com) for contact free payments if you prefer.
