We hope you enjoy your accessory purchase. Due to the nature of our business, however, any accessory that you find unsatisfactory may only be returned, exchanged or refunded within SEVEN (7) days of the purchase date, in original condition and accompanied by a receipt. Payment will be exchanged tender for tender.

All CUSTOM ORDERS (including custom mattresses or Holder Mattress custom built products, adjustable bed bases, lamps, prints, furniture, accessories, etc…) are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any custom order that is received damaged or not as originally ordered does not apply. Those issues will be corrected in a timely manner if the issue is reported to Holder Mattress Co., Inc. within 24 hours of receipt of item.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on mattress pads, protectors, pillows and bedding due to the hygienic nature of the product.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on floor models and clearance merchandise.
Holder Mattress Co., Inc. offers a one (1) time sixty (60) day Comfort Policy which begins on the date of pickup/delivery. We ask that you sleep on your new set for a minimum of fourteen (14) nights. If you find your new set to be too firm or too soft, you may exchange your set or mattress for another. When switching to a hight priced set or mattress, the consumer will pay the difference in cost. No refunds will be given when switching to a lower priced set or mattress. All exchanges will incur a ten percent (10%) restocking fee based on price paid at time of purchase, and a transportation fee(s). Only the original product may be exchanged. Other charges may be incurred by the consumer in the event of stains sustained on the mattress or box spring. Holder Mattress Co,. Inc. reserves the right to void a Comfort Policy in the case of staining, odor or abuse. Mattresses or box springs with certain stains, odor or signs of abuse at the discretion of Holder Mattress Co., Inc., cannot for any reason be returned or exchanged. Cancellation of order prior to delivery will incur a ten percent (10%) fee. All products are custom built when ordered and therefore we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason.
Please be assured that your in stock items will ship out within five (5) business days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include, but are not limited to: US Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEX. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Once your package has shipped, we will send you tracking information. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Shipping deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express shipping, please call us at (317) 848-2939 for charges.
Items shipped directly from our vendor will ship within two (2) business days unless backordered. If an item is backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and do our best to estimate your wait time or refund your purchase and notify you when the item is in stock.
Flat Rate Shipping: $15.00
Mattress Shipping: Out of state shipping costs will be determined based on number of items, weight and destination address. Please contact [email protected] to estimate shipping charges for mattresses, furniture and other large items.
Delivery/setup/disposal fees for mattresses/furniture and other large items are based on delivery county and range from $75.00-$800.00 within Indiana state limits.
Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 7.0%
